Disabling or Enabling Connected Social Media Profile

Actisona allows you quickly enable or disable any of your connected social media profiles. It can become handy when you are performing account maintenance or thinking your social media strategy. You can enable or disable connected profile from either of two locations:

From Profiles Listing 

  1. Click on the "Profiles" menu item in the left-side navigation.
  2. Click on the Screen_Shot_2021-09-10_at_5.56.30_PM.png button on the right side of desired social media profile.

Note: when the switcher is blue, that means the profile is currently active. If the profile is in grey color that means the profile is currently inactive.

From Profile Edit Form

  1. Click on the "Profiles" menu item in the left-side navigation.
  2. Click on the Screen_Shot_2021-09-09_at_2.41.35_PM.png button on the right side of desired social media profile, or click.
  3.  Scroll to the "Profile Status" section and click on "Active" or "Inactive" to manage your social media profile status.
  4. Click on the "Save" button.
